Re: Tab #107,transaction #170819. Our visit on 6/19/2010 was charged to our MasterCard acct for $235.91. Your waiter indicated an 18% gratuity was included in our charge. He said when all was said and done the total should come to $232. We expected our bill to be charged to our account for $195.91 and left $40.00 in cash for tip (20%). It seems we were overcharged twice for a gratuity. Citibank advised us that they will reverse the doubled tip charge. This was very disappointing the way it was handled. The wait staff seemed to rush us from ordering to completion.
